Cardinals Outlast Titans for 3rd Victory in 4 Contests

Catonsville MD, Feb 20, 2026- CCBC Men's Basketball took home their second straight win with a 67-52 home victory over the Community College of Beaver County.

The Cardinals won this on the back of their defense, keeping Beaver County to below 35 percent shooting, and forcing them into 21 turnovers. CCBC essentially led wire to wire, keeping their lead from the 18:12 mark in the first half to the final buzzer. The Cardinals also dominated the points in the paint 38-16. Much of that can be accredited to Messiah Anderson (18 points) and Yassir Supreme (17 points) who led the contest in scoring while Anderson added 3 steals and Supreme added 4 blocks. Kameron Greil led the Titans in scoring with 14 points.

A complete team effort separated the Cardinals and Titans in this one as Jaden French and Alpha Thiam were also in double digit scoring while adding in high effort plays to get a comfortable home victory. The Cardinals will look to close out the regular season on a strong note in their last contest at home against Howard Community College Feb 25 Wednesday at 7PM.
