Coach Bolay is a dedicated soccer professional with over 14 years of competitive playing experience, including varsity high school, travel club, and NCAA/NJCAA college soccer. He turned pro with IFK Maryland in the American Soccer League (2015) and played professionally in Umeå, Sweden (2015, 2017).

Coach Bolay's coaching career began in 2012 as an assistant coach with CSSM Soccer Academy. He has since held various leadership roles, including  Vice-President of IFK Maryland Soccer Club and Pro-Academy. Director of the CSSM Soccer Junior Academy, Head Coach at CSSM Academy U13 boys, Glen Burnie High School JV Boys' Head Coach, and Assistant Coach for the varsity program. Currently, he serves as Coaching Director at IFK Maryland Youth Academy and Head Coach for several youth teams including the U19 boys.

Bolay is committed to developing players and building a culture of passion and love for the game. He holds USSF F, E, D licenses, a UEFA C Diploma, and various high school coaching certifications, with his USSF C license in progress.
