Fitness Center


The air-conditioned fitness center is a room made up of a variety of equipment. Users have a wide variety of choices in equipment to utilize including ten treadmills, four steppers, eight ellipticals, bikes, rowers, Nautious eguipment, a gravitron, a smith machine and free weights. The room is monitored during open hours so help is just a question away.

In addition to the aerobic weight training component,the fitness center also has a wide variety of free weights, dumbells and squat racks to provide intercollegiate athletes as well as the recreational fitness enthusiast the opportunity to incorporate different types of training.

11:30am -1:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
4:30pm-6:00pm Tuesday and Thursday
For Faculty and Staff ONLY
8:00-8:55am Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Open Swim Schedule

Facility is closed January 15 for Martin Luther King Day.

Currently registered students (credited/Continuing Ed), Faculty, Staff, Alumni
Student I.D. (or proof of registration) required at both locations
Please bring a towel
Tennis shoes and appropriate workout attire required. No jeans allowed for workout.
